He is survived by: his brother Merle Smith (Marilyn) of Toledo; his nieces and nephews, Terry Csvernak, Jerry Smith, James L. Smith, Donita Smith, Tracey Smith, Lisa Hohman, Paula Mattero, Mary Smith, Brian Smith, Kelvin Smith, Scotte Smith, John Smith and Andrea Rubert; and his close friends, Dave and Jo Ann Purnell.
