He was predeceased by: his father James Herman; his brother Jimmy Herman Jr.; and his grandparents, Kenneth, Genevieve Herman, Robert and Lois Sorg.

He is survived by: his sons, Landon, Dylan Herman and Beau; and his siblings, Jenna Crull (John), Robert Herman (Charise), Jamie Twining (Eric Short), Jackie Herman, Julie Roach (Buddy), Angie Ginnever and Nikki Reineke (Dan).

Memorial contributions are suggested to Beau's children's college fund or the American Legion Post 73 c/o the funeral home.
