She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Lentz and Mary Lentz (Heyman); and her brother Jerry Lentz. She is survived by: her daughter Holly Adkins (Brian) of Willard; her grandchildren, Nicholas and Zachery Adkins; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Lentz of Fostoria.
