She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Runion and Viola Runion (Taylor); her husband James R. Bell; her daughter Lisa Boehler; and her siblings, Gerald, Richard, Edward, Lyle, Dale, Carl Jr., Kenneth Runion, Alice Fitch, Carol Angelbeck and Gloria Fitch.
She is survived by: her children, James Bell (Becky) of Tiffin and Brenda Morrison (Tom) of Tiffin; her grandchildren, Kimi Osborn, Misty Farber, Thomas Jr., Eric Morrison, Thane Boehler and Tyne Brown; and her sister Rita Fitch of Tiffin. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
