He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Hiett of Washington and Devona Bethel Hiett (Rogers); and his brother James Edward Hiett. He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Ladd; his daughters, Teresa Traxler of Tiffin and Angelique Nelson (Timothy Rockwell) of New Smyrna Beach, Florida; his granddaughters, Samantha Struble (Kyle), Sarah Traxler-Lamming (Marshall) and Sabrina Nelson; his siblings, Don Hiett (Carolynn), Betty Gunter, Martha Jones and Cathy Cassady; and his sister-in-law Joyce Hiett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
