He is survived by: his wife Annie Frazier of Tiffin; his children, John L. Frazier (Kim) of Alliance, Catherine Demith (Tim) of Tiffin, Alice Frazier-Snook (John) of Willard and Annie Daniel (Mike) of Tiffin; his siblings, Wayne Frazier (Deb) of New Riegel and Wilma Ellis (Jim) of Detroit; and his grandchildren, John Demith (Logan), Catherine Demith, Annie Demith, Alice Demith, Tim Demith, Winnie Snook, Patrick Snook, Raymond Snook, Christopher Daniel, Frazier Daniel, Bridget Daniel, Robert Daniel, Howard Frazier (Brooke Leonard), Meghan Frazier and Kevin Frazier.
