He was predeceased by: his mother Effie Jane Carlisle. He is survived by: his father James Carlisle of Eaton; his wife Patti of Tiffin; his daughter Ashley N. Carlisle of Wooster; his sisters, Wanda Winter (David) of Eaton and Wilma Rockwell (Dale) of Bonaire, GA; and his sister-in-law Pam Ritchie (Steve) of Ashland.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church or to Promedica Hospice.
