He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Mitson (Marentette) of Tiffin; his children, Bryan Mitson (Alicia) of Southfield, MI and Karen Swope (John) of Tiffin; and his grandchildren, Aaron Swope (Janis) of North Royalton, Amy Nava-Swope (Erick) of White Lake, MI, Jamison Swope (Elaine) of Hinckley, OH, Ashley Mitson of Las Vegas and Jason Mitson of Spring Hill. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
