He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell E. Bly and Gladys Juanita DeShong; and his brother Ronald. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bly; his children, Bonnie Bly Elliott of Delmar, DE and Russell (Cary) of Edgewater, MD; and his grandchildren, Paul Elliott, Carol Greene (Stephen), David Elliott, Joshua Elliott, Branham Bly and Elizabeth Bly. He is also survived by grandfather to his six grandchildren.
