He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Otto P. Shultz and Louise A. Shultz (Wagner); his son Charles O. Shultz (Jana) of Milton; his grandchildren, Nicole Campbell (Jay), Wesley Shultz (Shontail), Jessica Shultz and Derrick Shultz; his great grandchild Kiara Campbell; and his siblings, Betty Lou Feasel of Tiffin, Marion and Earl Shultz.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Francis Home.
