He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Braciak and Martha Braciak (Reinhart); his wife Mary Lou Nuel; his son Jerry Braciak; his grandson Ben Kuzma; and his sister Mary Huffman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Ann Vera of Atlanta, GA, Angela Kuzma (Steve Caskey) of New Riegel, Debbie Braciak (Randy Young) of Fostoria and Anna Wildman (Gregory) of Tiffin; and his pets, Bailey and Fred. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
