She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Scott Dazey; her children, Scarlet, Clover, Luke, Caitie, Lauren and Caleb; her stepchildren, Veronica and Brian; her grandson Asher; her stepgrandson Dominic; and her siblings, Cary Gallegos of South Bend, IN, Randall Boley (Shannon) of Tiffin, Ashley Camera (Dino) of Vermillion, Sara Rice of Des Moines, Gina Vargo of Toledo, Alan Ohms (Anna) of Buffalo, Chrissy Burghardt (Mike) of Weston and Cassie Clark (Jeremy) of Custar. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in her memory in the form of donations to the family fund.
