She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Brodman and Elizabeth Brodman (Fabian); her son Baby Boy Achen; her siblings, Stephen Brodman, Richard Brodman and Janet Fisher; and her grandsons, Chase Gurney and Talyon Gurney.
She is survived by: her former spouse Francis M. Achen; her children, Brian Achen (Michele) of Ellabell, GA, Lisa Tetzlaff (Jim) of Hartford, SD, Michelle Gurney (Tyler) of Yankton, SD and Christopher Achen (Kylee) of Harrisburg, SD; her siblings, Frank Brodman (Laura) of Republic, Phillip Brodman (Heidi) of Tiffin, Tom Brodman (Nancy) of Tiffin, Mike Brodman (Heide) of Republic, Fran Genet (Steve) of Tiffin, Linda Valko (Greg) of Bellevue, Patti Wigton (Todd) of Amherst, Susan Scholl (Matt) of Tiffin, Barbara Weinandy (Leon) of Alvada and Ellen Nedlik (Steve) of Mentor; and her brother-in-law Dave Fisher of Sandusky. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.
