She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Chaffee and Kathryn Chaffee (McIntyre); her son George "Scott" Jr. West; her husband George Fredrick West; her siblings, Nancy Kirchner, Richard Chaffee and Benjamin Chaffee; and her nephew Caleb Perin.

She is survived by: her son Anthony "Tony" (Dian); her siblings, Marilyn Ann Martin, Deborah Sue Magers (Doyle) and Glenn "Sie" Chaffee (Cheryl); her sister-in-law Jean Ann Chaffee (Benjamin); her daughter-in-law Kelly West (George); and her grandchildren, Zachary West, Travis West, Justin West, Scott West and Ashley Black (Devin).
