She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Colvin and Gladys Mildred Colvin (Bowersox); her husband Charles Hallowell; her daughter Karen Hirt; and her sisters, Doris Brown and Donna Jean Shiley.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Terry (LuAnn) of Tiffin, Ron Terry, Mike Terry (Kathy Keckler) of Tiffin and Cheryl Kavanagh (James) of Holland, MI; her son-in-law Gary Hirt of Port Clinton; and her brothers, Dan Colvin (Cindy) of Mt. Vernon and Dick Colvin (Alma) of Findlay. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Seneca County Humane Society or the charity of the donor's choice.
