He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia (Null); his son Jeff; and his sister Trudy Fowler. He is survived by: his children, Greg (Martha), Cherie Rawling and Tina Hill; his daughter-in-law Bev Hammelman; his grandchildren, Kristy, Ashley, Jeffrey (Angela), Ben and Steve; his great grandchildren, Josh, Brooke, Ryder and Lana; and his great great grandchild Cheyenne.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in George's name to the Kernan Memorial Scholarship via Heidelberg University in Tiffin, Ohio or to the Seneca County Museum in Tiffin.
