He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Schleter and Viola Belle Schleter (Greenwood); and his wife Ethel "Et" (Schaade). He is survived by: his children, Tina Stover of Gibsonia, PA, Dave Schleter (Kristin) of Centerville, OH and Angie Schleter of Tiffin, OH; his grandchildren, Shelby, Brandon, Kara, Courtney, Allie, Zack, Ryan, Benjamin, Evan, Tori "Ollie" and Connor; and his siblings, Bernita Herr, Emmalou Lynch, John Schleter (Mary) and Jim Schleter (Sandy).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory (236 S Washington St, Tiffin, OH 44883).
