He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement F. Decker and Clara M. Decker (Gabringer); his wife Elizabeth A. "Betty" (Krupp); his daughter Barbara Fedynich; and his siblings, Clement Decker and Rose Mary Ballreich.
He is survived by: his children, John Decker (Carol) of Tiffin, Stephen Decker (Barbara) of Tiffin, Fred Decker (Brenda) of Tiffin and Sandra Film (Will) of Arkansas; and his son-in-law Robert Fedynich of Toledo. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and twenty-six great-grandchildren.
