It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Franklin D. Young of Tiffin, Ohio, who passed away on February 19, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Young and May Young (Hoffman); his siblings, Gene Young and Elizabeth Merryfield; and his sister-in-law Elaine Young.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen M. Young of Tiffin; his children, Anthony Young of Tiffin, Shelly Young (Tiffany Dugan) of Tiffin, Angela Kroetz (Michael) of Tiffin and Pamela Laugherty (Joe) of West Millgrove; his siblings, James Young (Zella) of St. Petersburg, FL, Daniel Young of Willard and Evelyn Gannon (Norm) of Findlay; and his grandchildren, Gabby Brown, Greer Brown, Seth Franklin Young (Shannon), Cody Bryant (Brittany), Cole Bryant (Tessa), Jacob Kroetz (Caylee) and Brynn Laugherty. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory (236 S Washington St, Tiffin, OH 44883). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
