She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Shock and Stella Shock (Baughman); her husband James Clayburn; and her siblings, Robert, John Shock, Joan Fadeley and Doris Kubis.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Barney of Columbus, James Clayburn of Tiffin and Barbara McLaughlin of Tiffin; and her brother Dale Shock (Peg) of Tiffin. She is also survived by five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
