She was predeceased by: her parents, Urban L. Schreiner and Lucille H. Schreiner (Smith); her husband John H. Kummerer, Sr.; and her brother Robert Schreiner (Evelyn). She is survived by: her sons, John H. Kummerer, Jr. (Susan) and Estero; her grandchildren, Kelly, Frank, Frankie, Gunnar Cilibrasi of Pompton Plains, NJ, Joshua and Gabriella Kummerer of West Chester, PA; her son Dennis Kummerer (Joan) of Findlay, OH; her grandchildren, Andrew, Natalie, Urban and Lucille Kummerer of Findlay, OH; and her sister-in-law Rita Schank. She is also survived by "Oma" to her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
