She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Koby and Maryann Koby (Weimerskirch); her daughter Deborah Bowes; her son-in-law Dan Bowes; and her brother Eugene Koby.

She is survived by: her husband Kenneth W. Hoerig of Tiffin; her children, Dennis Hoerig of Tiffin, Douglas Hoerig (Andrea) of Tiffin and Diane Benner (Randy) of Tiffin; and her grandchildren, Tyler Bowes, Alyssa Hoerig, Breanna Hoerig, Colten Hoerig, Ryanne Benner and Jacob Benner.
