He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Boltz and Julia Boltz (Kilgore). He is survived by: his wife Julie (McBrien-Fox); his sons, Perry Fitzpatrick of Michigan, Frank Fitzpatrick of Michigan, Michael Fitzpatrick of Bettsville and Matthew Fitzpatrick of Bettsville; his stepchildren, Jill Reuter (Philip) of Tiffin and Fred Carter of Tiffin; and his brother David Fitzpatrick of Tiffin. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, two step-great-granddaughters.
