He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Smith and Louise Smith (Smith); and his siblings, Clifford Smith Jr. and Mary Bernard. He is survived by: his spouse Marylene (Martin); and his brothers, John Smith of Tiffin, Larry Smith of Tiffin and Dick Smith of Tiffin.
