He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Bush and Edith M. Bush (Fisher); and his brother Richard K. Bush. He is survived by: his wife Joan Bush of Tiffin; his children, Michael D. Bush (Barbara) of Tiffin and Theresa A. Taylor (David) of Dayton; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Taylor (Lindsey) and Erin Dewett (Joshua).
