He was predeceased by: his mother LuAnn Arter, Jr. (Huffman). He is survived by: his father Donald Arter, Jr. of Tiffin; his wife Tamra Arter of Tiffin; his son Domonic Arter; his sister Lora Stombaugh (Rick) of Republic; his in-laws, Dan and Tammy Gadberry of Clyde; his siblings-in-law, Dayna Gadberry of Bellevue, Chris Magill (Nicki) of Tiffin and Brandon Gadberry of Bellevue; and his nephews, Cody Stombaugh (Alyssa), Austin Stombaugh of Republic, Christian Magill (Maddi Spencer) of Tiffin, Donavan Magill of Tiffin, Austin Casteel of Bellevue and Connor Casteel of Bellevue. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to his son, Domonic Arter.
