She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Vaughn and Cora Vaughn (Terrill); her daughter Shannon McAfee; her sister Stacy Caplinger; and her sister-in-law Deb Stotts.
She is survived by: her son Travis McAfee (Trish) of Tiffin; her grandchildren, Kassidy Heil of Tiffin, Cameron Koerper of Tiffin and Ash McAfee of Tiffin; her siblings, Richard "Rick" Vaughn (Cindy), Ronny, Donny Vaughn, Valerie Shaw (Scott) and Kim Sharrer (Fred); and her brother-in-law Pete Caplinger.
