She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lee and Ethel B. Lee (Masloch); and her siblings, Donald, William Lee, Georgia Mata and Martha Lee.

She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Lewis of Bloomville and Suzanne Bly of Summerville, SC; and her siblings, Thomas Lee of Tiffin, Ethel Jordan of Tiffin, Patricia Gentry of Florida, Paula Daughenbaugh of Tiffin, Linda Digby of Findlay and Sidonia McKey of Findlay. She is also survived by six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
