She was predeceased by: her father Arvil Howard; her sister Tammy; and her stepsister Terri Chapman. She is survived by: her mother Sharon A. Howard (Hausenfleck); her husband Vincent Kurtz of Tiffin; her son Vincent Kurtz (Shawna) of Tiffin; her brothers, Tony Howard (Wendy) of North Carolina and Eddy Howard of Bloomville; her stepsiblings, John Todd, Regina Todd and Toni Todd; her grandchildren, Easton, Sofia, Ava, Cason and Kyrie; and also Sharon Todd (Joseph).
