He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fodor and Mary Fodor (Fraley); and his siblings, Joseph Jr., Alex, Jim, Carl, Frank, Mary and Margaret.
He is survived by: his children, Todd, Danielle and Nicole; and his grandchildren, Lexi, Drew, Owen Fodor, Mara and Jake Simmons.
