It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David E. Conley of Tiffin, Ohio, born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on May 26, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hugh Conley and Mildred Conley (Tolliver); his wife Sharon Elchert; and his siblings, Patricia Blalock of Detroit, Hugh Conley, Jr., Clyde Conley and Sarah Miller. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
