He was predeceased by: his parents, David Andrews and Shirley Andrews; and his brothers, Rick and Ron. He is survived by: his daughters, Taryn Andrews of Marion and Hailee Andrews of Findlay; his grandchildren, Liam, Sebastian and Alani; his significant other Sandy Rybicki of Tiffin; his sister Lela Gaietto (Ken) of Tiffin; and his pet Sammy. He is also survived by three sisters; one brother; three nephews.
