He was predeceased by: his father Roland G. Hutchins; his brother Randy Hutchins; and his daughter Angel Marie. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Hutchins (Mc Elhaney); his children, Chelsea Hutchins (Brianna Leon-Guerrero) of Tiffin and Kayden Hutchins of Fostoria; his siblings, Candy Kiser (Vernon) of Fostoria and Eric Hutchins of Norton; his nephews, Justin and Chad Kiser; his niece Sara Hutchins; his great-nephews, Elijah and Owen Kiser; and his great-niece Zaylie Kiser.

The Hutchins family requests that any donations be made to the donor's choice of an addiction recovery facility in David's name, or to his children.
