It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cynthia Carter-Koch (Tiffin, Ohio), who passed away on April 18, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father James Carter; and her sister Karen Ann Hill. She is survived by: her mother Rose Ann Carter (Bour) of Tiffin; her husband Walter Koch of Tiffin; her children, Chad Everhart (Jessica) of Tiffin and Tara Sowa (Ray) of Greenville, MI; her stepchildren, Michael Koch (Jillian) of Lewis Center and Laura Doehring (Ray) of Hilliard; and her siblings, Jeffrey Carter of Tiffin, Vicky Spade Bravo of Atlanta, GA, Mary Rose Smith and Joline Gongwer of Tiffin. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
