He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Irvin and Martha Elizabeth Everhart (Shiley); his wife Donna Lou Breitigam; his brothers, Clayton and Charles Everhart; his stepbrothers, Raymond Bailey and William Bare; his sisters, Mary Alice Hartson, Clara E. Best and Anna Marie Fuhrer; and his grandson Kirk Everhart.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Everhart (Terri) and Tracy Spieldenner (Dennis) of Tiffin; his grandsons, Michael Everhart (Victoria) and Brent Everhart (Erin); his great grandchildren, Jacob, Paige, Brylee and Easton; and his siblings, Lewis M. Everhart (Ann) of Fostoria and Roberta M. Rowe (Bill) of Shelbyanna.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, Alzheimer's Association or to the Humane Society of Seneca County.
