She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin P. Hook and Betty Jane Hook (Annon); and her brothers, Howard Hook and Melvin Hook. She is survived by: her children, Jane Prenzlin of Tiffin, Bobbie Prenzlin of Tiffin and Melvin Prenzlin of Tiffin; and her brothers, Gene Hook of Tiffin, Bob Hook of Bucyrus and David Hook of Tiffin. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
