He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Virgil Cole (Joan) and Norman Grimes (Christine); his cousins, Tyler Vance and Kevin Cole; and his aunt Mary Cole.
He is survived by: his parents, Matt Grimes and Esther Chilcutt (Cole); his stepfather Michael Chilcutt of Tiffin; his siblings, Brittany Collins (Jarred) and Adam Chaney (Mary) of Tiffin; his stepbrothers, Robert Young (Kayla) of Tiffin and Christopher Chilcutt of Virginia; and his half-brother Justin Vaughn of Tiffin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
