She was predeceased by: her parents, Verne D. Luzader and Ruth Maxine Luzader (Feisel); her husband Ted (Ted); her stepfather Bob Shultz; her siblings, Donald Luzader (Eugene), Janet M. Farrer and Priscilla M. Luzader; her son-in-law John Shorts; and her grandchildren, Josh and Chelsea.
She is survived by: her children, Jacob T. Warren of Tiffin and Heather M. Shorts of Fremont; her siblings, Stanley W. Luzader of Tiffin and Winifred M. Hite of Bettsville; her grandchildren, Nicholas Dahms and Chloe Shorts; and her great grandchildren, Oliver and Daxtynn Dahm. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
