She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. and Bessie (Garner); and her brother David L. Garner Sr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Richard Rubel (Daisy) of Tennessee, Mary Mullins (Michael) and Sandra Ruble of Florida; her nephew David Garner Jr.; and her cousin Carol McAfee of Fostoria. She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews and 13 great-nieces and nephews.
