He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Culichia and Nellie Culichia; and his wife Catherine Ann Wagner of Mary's Catholic Church. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jacob, Nathaniel, Daniel, Corissa, Benjamin, Jordan, Fernanda and Morgan; and his great grandchildren, Cooper and Charlotte. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
