He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl J. Thom and Florence Thom (Scholidon); and his siblings, Norman, Donald, Kenneth, Wallace Thom, Janet Guzman and Carol Wyss.
He is survived by: his wife Linda (Shook) of Tiffin; his children, Jason Thom Bellevue (Cherie) and Monica Nickoli (Chris) of Monroeville; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob Thom, Tyler, Robert, Ethan and Emma Nickoli.
