He is survived by: his sons, Gabe Fanning (Amber Archer) of Fostoria, Tyler Fanning (Misty) of Indiana and Craig Fanning (Ashley) of Xenia; his brother Barrett Fanning (Lois); and his grandchildren, Michael, Karsyn, Hunter, Allison, Colin, Kane, Kaleigh, Chloee, Natlalee, Bailee and Rylee.
