He was predeceased by: his father Birgus Fitch; his siblings, Carolyn Gibson and Madelene Bolen; and his son Benny Fitch Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Linda Moore, Benjamin Moore (Chantel Lorentz), Monica Steward (Robert), Janet Sager (Chris Romig) and Crystal Lemons (Michael); his stepsons, Alexander Hoffman, Dylan Reid and Eli Forsythe; and his siblings, Birgus Fitch, Linda Mesnard, Megalene Goble (Wayne), Jewel Houck (Jerry), Patricia Flugga, Kathy Fitch and Edna Dodson (David). He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
