She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Pahls and Catherine Pahls (Raik); and her siblings, Mary Anne Gless Schuman, Leo and Drew Pahls.
She is survived by: her husband Brian Borton; her children, Chelsea Canterbury, Meredith Canterbury (Jose David) and David Borton (Valerie); her grandchildren, Nora Lavarreda, Sabine David, Sloane David and Phoenix Borton; and her siblings, Tony Pahls (Pat), Martha Derr (Steve), Larry Pahls (Kathy), Joan Pahls and Jean VanHorn (Scott). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
