She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Foist and Gladys Foist (Hunt); her husband David Jacoby; her siblings, Mary Brown, Nadine Gates, Jack and Harry Foist; and her aunt Clemence Vogel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Coffman of Tiffin and Rondalyn Winkler (Ronald) of Tiffin; her grandchildren, Eric Coffman (Krista) of Fostoria, Kelly Winkler of Tiffin, Kory Winkler (Tanya) of West Union, Heather Siebenaller (Thomas) and Cody Cook (Erin); and her great grandchildren, Carter, Carley Coffman, Addison, Emery Siebenaller, Maverick, Kruze Winkler, Wyatt and Bo Cook.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
