She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville R. Wertz and Hilda M. Wertz (Fruth); her husband Paul E. Fatzinger; her siblings, Roy, Don Wertz, Lucille Fatzinger and Marjorie May; and her son-in-law Roger Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Pauline Smith of Tiffin, Edward Fatzinger (Roberta) of Tiffin, Jerry Fatzinger (Judy Bender) of Bucyrus and Barbara DeBarbrie (Mark) of Tiffin; her grandchildren, Kiesha Ruth (Brendon), Kaleigh Krupp (Brett), Kari Rowe (Javan), Kyle Smith (Amor Reis), Casey Chatzidakis (George), Grant Fatzinger (Jessica Wolfe), Corey DeBarbrie and Collin DeBarbrie; her great grandchildren, Isaiah, Eden, Adelayde, Hayes, Beckett, Alivia, Tyson and Ella; and her siblings, Alton Wertz (Barb) of Bloomville, Judy May (Donald) of Sycamore and Bonnie Zellner of Bloomville.
