With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ann Gillig of Tiffin, Ohio, born in Van Wert, Ohio, who passed away on August 11, 2021 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ann Gillig to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, T. Dale Martin and Onalee Martin (Rucklos); her husband Frederick E. "Gene" Gillig; and her brother Roger Martin. She is survived by: her children, Katie Schmidt (John) of Tiffin and Ben Gillig (Erin) of Tiffin; her grandchildren, Hudson, Lincoln Gillig, Ethan and Madison Schmidt; and her pets, Max, Dodger, Beau, Lady, Frank and Brady.

In lieu of flowers, the family would be honored by memorial donations to the Ritz Theatre of Tiffin or the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library in Ann's memory.
