He is survived by: his children, Mike Schilling (Kim) and Cindi Melvin (Richard); his grandchildren, Jessica Melvin, Allyson Melvin and Zachary Melvin; and his siblings, Bob Schilling, Dave Schilling and Mary Schilling. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
