She was predeceased by: her husband Chester "Chet" Webb; her children, Linda S. Blosser and Harold W. Blosser; her parents, Walter Mathias and May Mathias; her siblings, Mabel Durant, Virginia "Ginny" Landis, Helen Landis, Harold, Richard, Loren, John, Jimmie and Dale Mathias; and her half-brother Donald Mathias.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda J. Phillips of Thurston, Ohio, Gary E. Blosser (Glee) of Etna and Dale L. Blosser (Debi) of Baltimore, Ohio; her brothers, Ronald E. Mathias of Illinois and Paul E. Mathias (Sharon) of Cambridge, Ohio; her daughter-in-law Joyce Blosser of Baltimore; and also, Michael E. Webb, David A. Webb, Richard H. Webb, Gary L. Webb and Terry L. Webb. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren.
In accordance with state mandates, COVID protocols including facial coverings and social distancing will be followed.
