He was predeceased by: his father Wade H. Leslie III; his father-in-law Gene Jones; and his nephew Tyler Grimm. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Ann Barker Leslie (Jim Fields) of Huntington; his parent-in-law Gale Jones Leslie; his wife Gale Leslie of Thurman; his daughters, Ryann Wesney (Jake) of Wheelersburg, Morgan Leslie of Gallipolis and Taylor Leslie of Gallipolis; his grandsons, Benson Wade Wesney and Emerson Tyler Wesney; his mother-in-law Janet Jones of Thurman; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Grimm (David) of Thurman, Deryl Jones (Karen) of Thurman, Bryan Jones (Patty) of Thurman and Scotty Jones (Mary Lynn) of Thurman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
